The Gym
The gym is where our expert coaches are waiting for you. Over two floors, SGPT and classes are in play throughout the day. Our state-of-the-art equipment and myzone technology allow us to personalise your workouts, driving results and moving you another step closer to achieving your goals.
Re-charge Bar
Step through the doors and be welcomed by your front of house team. They’ll get you checked-in and take your order for a post-workout power smoothie or snack at the Recharge Bar.
The Courtyard
How the space feels matters to us. The gym is designed to energise, recharge and relax you in different areas of the building. From the polished urban feel of the gym to the calm of the chill zone, each time you visit is an experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on all life’s challenges.
On-site Parking
We’re pleased to be able to offer POWER members safe and secure on-site parking. Conveniently located right outside the facility there’s no excuse to be late for your session!
Changing Facilities
With luxury showers and vanity units as well as lockers for your personal belongings, our changing rooms are the perfect place to freshen up post-workout.
