What are Power Guiseley’s training hours?
We run sessions Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm, and Saturday from 7am to 12pm. Small Group Personal Training runs on the hour throughout the day, with fitness classes slotted in at set times. There’s a quiet window between 1pm and 3pm Monday to Friday. Sundays are closed.
What’s the earliest gym session of the day at Power Guiseley?
Doors open for 6am sessions Monday to Friday. Most early slots are SGPT, with a 6am Build class on Mondays and Fridays for anyone after a strength-focused start before work. It’s ideal if you live in Yeadon, Rawdon, Menston or Otley and want to train before the commute into Leeds.
Do you run lunchtime fitness classes in Guiseley?
Yes. We run 12:15 classes most weekdays so you can train on a lunch break. Zones runs Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 12:15, with an extra Wednesday Zones slot at 10am. Stretch runs Tuesday at 12:15. SGPT also runs at 12pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
What classes do you run in the evenings?
Box runs Mondays at 7pm. Build runs Wednesdays at 6pm. Stretch runs Thursdays at 7pm. Zones runs Tuesday at 7pm and Friday at 6pm. SGPT runs on the hour from 5pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday, and to 8pm Friday.
Do you offer weekend training and classes in Guiseley?
Yes. Saturday mornings run from 7am to 12pm, with SGPT every hour and a Bootcamp class at 9am. We’re closed on Sundays, so Saturday tends to be the busiest day of the week. Members usually book Saturday slots a few days ahead.
How is Power different from a regular gym in Guiseley?
We’re a personal training gym, not a pay-as-you-go fitness centre. Every session is coached, every workout is built around you, and you’ll never be left to figure things out on your own. If you’ve tried places like PureGym, Nuffield or your local leisure centre and found them impersonal, Power is built for the opposite reason.
How do I book a session at Power Guiseley?
Through the Power app. As a member, you can see the full timetable, book any session on the hour, swap slots, and cancel if your week changes. Most members book one to two weeks in advance to lock in their preferred coach and time.
