Just finished the month trial and have loved getting back into a consistent routine – made so easy by the ease of booking sessions; the availability of sessions (no mad panic like other gyms to get in before places are filled); the support, expert guidance and enthusiasm from the coaches and the friendliest of welcomes every time you step through the door. The programmes are so enjoyable and I have already seen progress! So happy to have found Power and can’t wait to continue. I would recommend Power to anyone wanting to get into or back to the gym!

I joined POWER for a 30 day trial to see if the gym was for me, and if the team could accommodate the fact I was struggling with a weak lower back. Lots of gyms make out they can help, yet never follow up or seem to genuinely care. But POWER actually care!! The team have been amazing, they have tailored my SGPT sessions to help build strength in my lower back, regularly checked-in by text and in-person to see how my back is and if further modifications are needed. The SGPT’s really do work, as I was sceptical of this. But genuinely everyone is listened to and seen! The classes and the staff are fun too….just check out Tom’s classes 😂🤩!! The staff really do give you the energy you need to feel empowered, especially on those days you don’t think you have it in you. You truly do walk out smiling after a session or class. Best decision I could have made with a gym! …….thank you Erin, Young Sam and Old Sam! You’ve really stood out, and taken the extra mile with me!
……PS: they have really yummy smoothies and coffees too!

I signed up for the 30 day trial and have really enjoyed it. I always felt intimidated by gyms and hadn’t done any strength training before so it was all new to me. I’m so glad I took the plunge to sign up as I love it! All the trainers are really friendly but push you so you get the most out of the sessions. I’ve just done the small group personal training so far and am really pleased with the progress I’ve made. It’s friendly and fun and the sessions are hourly so it’s easy to fit into my diary. I’m really happy I decided to join.

The guys and girls at power are brilliant. I struggled to be motivated to do exercise continuously. They make it feel so much easier and you feel like your part of the team as soon as you go. Thankyou for helping me to achieve what I can.

The Power Team have been great, very knowledgable and every session is a lot of fun. Helped me with my technique with absolutely no judgement and I’ve seen huge improvements in my fitness.

I joined Power about 2 months ago. It’s everything I hoped it would be! My initial hesitation joining a gym is would I actually get there as I run my own business and I’m a very busy person. The on-boarding process and the way they structure bookings helped me get into the habit of coming and the coaches and team are super supportive. What I really like is I just have to show up and not make any decisions and they lead me into a great workout. I’ve also got a few old sports injuries and I love the personal touch around these. Definitely recommend joining. I’m fact it was so good my partner couldn’t resist joining too! Thank you to a great team.
I’ve been going to gyms for years —it always felt like a chore. I’d spend time wandering around unsure of what to do, or squeeze into packed classes with 20+ people. Since joining Power I actually look forward to working out now! I’m trying exercises I never would’ve dared attempt on my own, and I’m already seeing results just a few weeks in. The trainers are supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress. Can’t recommend it enough!

I have been a member of Power since it opened in Menston. I cant praise Callum , Tom and the team enough since moving to Guiseley. There is a real friendly club atmosphere and the coaches are all very knowledgable both in the programmes offered but also how to help recover from aches and pains. I never thought i would still be as enthusiastic after 4 years but it’s now part of my weekly routine and life well being. Heres to the ongoing success of Power .

Absolutely love this gym! The environment is incredibly supportive and encouraging, every trainer really cares and pushes you in the best way. I’ve never felt stronger, both physically and mentally. Having joined after many years without training the whole experience has been professional from start to finish. The workouts are tailored to each customer with empathy and sound knowledge base. An exceptional service rarely found.
As a previous non-gym goer, I’m loving my time here at Power. All of the trainers are lovely, really helpful in explaining things and making you feel at ease. The environment is friendly and has such a warm feel. The coffees/shakes at the end are fab too! Looking forward to continuing my journey!
